The Financial Support Analyst will work within the Tempus Shared Services organization and partner closely with Tempus Product, Compliance, Banking Services, Finance and Operations on Implementation and Support needs related to targeted internal Tempus Banking Services solutions.

Responsibilities
--- Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services and Implementation, Product, Compliance, Legal, Banking Services) on the following:
--- Creation of documentation for implementation and Shared Services support practices related to new product functionality
--- Creation of requirements for procedure automation
--- Support Compliance team with updating and maintenance of policies and procedures and risk management activities
--- Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Manager to support completion of targeted internal Tempus Banking Services solutions.
--- Assist with API specification maintenance if needed

Qualifications
--- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Banking, Financial Services, ACH Payments and/or ICL Payments
--- Strong understanding of compliance and regulations related to PayFac industry
--- Experience with Financial systems and products
--- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
--- Motivated self-starter with confidence and ability to work with clients and banking resources across all levels
--- Solid analytical background and skill set with demonstrated experience in data mining, tracing, reconciliation and analysis
--- Experience with financial and regulatory reporting and/or support
--- Strong oral and written communication skills
--- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
--- Experience working with Elasticsearch and Kibana preferred but not required
--- Experience collaborating across organizations to gather / create documentation on adherence to audit and regulatory entities.
--- Ability to review operational practices and create and document processes and procedures for team aligned with regulatory requirements.

      Work Experience

      Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
