WHAT'S NEW WITH APTAR We have an exciting position open in North America: Finance Administrator, reporting to the Compliance Manager. This position will be based in Auburn, AL. THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS Include but are not limited to the following: Customer service duties for internal and external customers. Confirm orders with Customers, handle requests and provide full support with the Sales team. Receive and process purchase orders received from Customers. Complete verification of pricing and quantities on purchase orders, quotes and system. Enter order and details into the system. Complete sales price approval forms or initiate forms when price changes need to take place to complete the order. Provide production, quality and shipping with necessary order details to assist in planning customer orders for fulfillment. Upon shipment, fulfill order in the system and create invoices. Create packets with all supporting documentation and complete a 3-way match with invoice, purchase order and bill of lading to ensure proper fulfillment of order. Approve invoices to send to customers. Run reports daily and monitor Sales email for new orders, requests, communications. Maintain documentation in a centralized location. Organize and file paperwork for orders to ensure SOX compliance. Assist Internal SOX Compliance Manager during audit. Assist logistics as needed. Collect and provide supporting documentation for SOX controls upon request. Assist in contract management maintenance duties. Provide quote support for tooling and special projects and maintain supporting documentation for each project. Track and maintain schedules for contract management. Follow up on stages to be invoiced with the Sales and Project Managers. Enter projects into order entry system upon receipt of purchase order. File contracts in central location for easy access by the CFO. Assist with the quarterly physical inventory preparation, execution and conclusion. Assist Finance department with additional administrative duties as requested. Other duties as assigned by manager.
