Job Description:
Job Description The Practice Administrator is responsible for
the overall administrative management and operations of Central
Alabama Radiation Oncology. Responsibilities include the management
of a Company with 2 locations, 3 physician owners, and a staff of
45. This person will provide leadership in conjunction with the
physician Board Members and senior management team, ensuring the
mission and core values of the Company are implemented. Represents
the Company with all business partners, negotiating contracts and
financing arrangements. Recruits physicians, develops contracts for
their employment, and subsequent partnership. Oversees financial
report preparations and analyses tracking historical performance as
well as projecting future performance of cash flows and
profitability in meeting business goals and objectives. Collaborate
with senior management team to establish policies and procedures to
improve the operational processes within industry established
guidelines, considering appropriateness of patient care, enhancing
safety and minimizing risks to patients and staff. Qualifications
to include: · Several years of executive management, preferably in
a healthcare environment · Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree · Working
knowledge of advanced accounting and finance. · Excellent
communication skills · Experience negotiating contracts ·
Experience initiating, negotiating and reviewing bank financing
arrangements · Experience organizing and leading Board meetings ·
Experience with strategic planning and budgeting Qualified
