Job Description Job Description Job Title: Accountant Location: Wilsonville, OR Job Details: Fully Onsite, Direct Hire, Full time Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 a year We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our client in Wilsonville, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance Perform and review complex account reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience with general ledger accounting responsibilities. (Required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related (Preferred) Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software Effective communication and interpersonal skills Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team Benefits: Benefits vary depending on employer Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
