Position Overview As a Tax Senior, you'll be a key contributor in preparing and reviewing complex business tax returns, supporting tax planning strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a public accounting environment and enjoys working with small to mid-sized businesses across various industries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state business tax returns (S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships) Assist with tax planning and strategy development for business clients Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex issues Collaborate directly with clients to identify tax-saving opportunities Support clients during IRS and state audits Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA not required, but actively pursuing CPA is strongly preferred 3-5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on business tax returns Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations for business entities Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines Experience with tax software and workflow tools Why Join Us?
