Job descriptionExpress Employment Professionals is looking for a
Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Auburn,
AL!8:00am-5:00pm Monday- FridayPaid Holidays - Full Benefits
offered (BCBS Insurance, 401k, supplemental insurance)
We are looking for someone who has a passion for helping others, is
willing to do what it takes to succeed, and enjoys having fun while
doing it!

Essential Functions
---Receive and quickly process inbound telephone communications---
Problem solve and quickly disseminate information to the correct
team members--- Greet and process all applicants and visitors
professionally and courteously--- Manage the applicant flow within
the office and maintain appropriate documentation--- Prioritize
critical and urgent tasks in a logical and efficient manner---
Prepare the applicant for all information required for the
interview--- Maintain files, records, mailings and reports as
directed.--- Enters personal data from Employment Application into
database--- Types correspondences and other materials--- Assists
with associate recruiting and employment verification's--- Maintain
an orderly office appearance.--- Assist with sales and promotional
marketing duties and support of outside sales staff--- Be able to
sell associates and clients on the benefits of utilizing Express as
a resource--- Order and maintain stock of all promotional and
office supply materials
