Job Description Job Description Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Responsibilities Process, review, and organize electronic files and digital documents Index, classify, and label files according to established guidelines Verify file accuracy, completeness, and formatting Convert files between formats (e.g., PDF, Word, image files) as required Upload, download, and archive electronic files in document management systems Maintain version control and ensure proper file naming conventions Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive digital information Requirements YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK High school diploma or equivalent Experience in electronic file processing, document management, or data entry Proficiency with basic computer applications (file systems, email, document software) Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) or content management systems Experience with file indexing, scanning, or digital archiving Basic knowledge of file formats and electronic records management
