Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and
skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced
industrial production environment. The ideal candidate will have
experience handling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to
support the safe and efficient operation of our facility. This is a
day shift position (6 AM – 6 PM) that requires hands-on mechanical,
electrical, and facility maintenance skills. If you take pride in

Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs around
the facility (windows, doors, minor structural fixes). •
Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and mechanical systems as
needed. • Set up, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. •
Respond to urgent maintenance issues with a sense of urgency and
professionalism. • Identify and correct potential safety hazards to
ensure a safe working environment. • Follow all safety protocols
including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment
service. • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
tasks. • Work independently and coordinate complex repair tasks
efficiently. • Communicate effectively with team members and
production staff to minimize downtime. Requirements: • Experience:
Several years of maintenance experience, preferably in an
industrial or manufacturing setting. • Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and facility
systems. • Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs; frequent
walking throughout the shift in an industrial environment. • Work
Environment: Exposure to changing temperatures with limited climate
control. • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint to track and report maintenance activities. • Soft
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work
well both independently and in a team. • Safety-Focused: Commitment
to following OSHA and internal safety protocols. Preferred
Qualifications: • Previous experience in a production or
manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical skills with a
demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines. • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and
