Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, specializing in multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project development, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and adherence to quality standards. This role is crucial in driving project success while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multifamily construction. Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices. Experience with Hotel, Senior Living, and Commercial projects is a plus.
