(Spanish): $18.50/hr Schedule: First 30 days: On-site training
(9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) After training: Hybrid schedule (10:30 AM –
7:00 PM) based on performance metrics ?? No time off during the
first 6 weeks What You’ll Do Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily,
assisting borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
Answer questions related to homeowners insurance , payments, and
coverage. Multi-task across systems to research, document, and
resolve inquiries quickly and accurately. Provide professional,
solution-focused service while meeting quality and adherence
standards. ? Skills We’re Looking For Strong customer service
experience (minimum 1 year recent experience). Call center or admin
experience preferred. Typing speed of 35 WPM and solid computer
literacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and remotely with reliable internet and
transportation. ? Nice to Have 2 years of call center experience.
Insurance or mortgage servicing experience. ? Not a Fit If You…
Lack recent call center/admin experience. Don’t have reliable
internet or transportation. Need time off in the first 4 weeks.

out of Troy, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
