family-owned, fast?growing organization looking for an energetic,
positive, and customer?focused Customer Specialist to join our
outbound calling team. This role is perfect for someone early in
their career who brings great attitude, strong work ethic, and a
willingness to learn. You’ll be engaging with former customers
across 24 locations, supporting service needs, scheduling
technicians, and helping drive business during a busy and exciting
season. If you love talking to people, solving problems, staying
organized, and working in a supportive and upbeat environment—this
could be the perfect fit! Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Location: Onsite ? What You’ll Do Make 50 outbound calls per day
to former customers Support 2–3 assigned locations at a time Handle
service requests, including some warm transfers Monitor and respond
to service tickets quickly to ensure excellent customer care
Schedule service technicians and coordinate daily routes Assist
walk?in customers and provide immediate support Learn product
knowledge in order to confidently answer customer questions Work
through daily task lists and contribute ideas for improving
processes ? What We’re Looking For (Must Haves) Outstanding
customer service skills Comfort working independently and within a
team Willingness to learn contracts, measurements, and product
details Outgoing, positive, energetic personality Ability to
multitask and stay highly organized Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) High school diploma or GED 1
year of professional work experience (customer service or call

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out
of TROY, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
