Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An educational opportunity is available for a Special
Education Teacher working with students in grades K-12 in
Cottonwood, CA. This position is structured as a contract role
extending from as soon as possible through the end of the school
year. The assignment includes working in self-contained settings,
resource classrooms, and special day classrooms, supporting a
diverse range of student needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
specialized instruction tailored to the individual education
programs (IEPs) of students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 Manage
classrooms effectively in self-contained and resource settings
Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement
individualized learning plans Monitor student progress and provide
timely reports to stakeholders Adapt instructional materials to
meet learners needs Qualifications: Active state
license/certification in Special Education is required Experience
working with K-12 students across a variety of special education
settings preferred Strong classroom management and communication
skills Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments Work
Schedule and Compensation: Hours per week: 30 to 37.5 Days per
week: 5 Pay range: $37-$41/hour, based on experience Benefits
