Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
speech-language pathology professional is needed to provide
specialized support in educational settings, enhancing students
communication skills and overall academic success. This opportunity
involves working within schools located in Trussville, AL, with
occasional travel required to support multiple sites. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to
identify students needs Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and support
staff to promote effective communication strategies Monitor and
document student progress regularly Provide consultative services
to school personnel regarding speech and language development
Participate in team meetings and professional development
activities Desired Skills and Experience: Valid Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) certification and licensure Experience working in
school settings preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language
development in children Ability to travel to multiple school
locations as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
