Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Teacher in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in early childhood and
elementary education. This contract role requires 35 hours per
week, leading an elementary self-contained ESE classroom designed
to support students with diverse learning levels and
exceptionalities. Key responsibilities include: Designing and
implementing individualized educational plans tailored to student
needs. Promoting curriculum goals while managing classroom
behaviors effectively. Collaborating with support staff, parents,
and administration to ensure comprehensive student development.
Monitoring and assessing student progress to adapt strategies
accordingly. Qualifications: Florida Special Education
certification is required. Current certification in either K-6 or
PreK-3 General Education. Proven experience in a self-contained
special education setting. Strong classroom management skills,
especially related to varying exceptionalities. Ability to balance
instructional objectives with behavioral moderation. This role is
