The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting production goals. The ideal candidate is a multi-craft tech with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge. Skills and Experience: Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong multi-craft abilities (mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, etc.) • Ability to diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and production systems • Preventative maintenance knowledge • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Ability to diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and production systems • Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.
