Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a military experience, particularly those with experience as a Helicopter Mechanic, due to their strong soft skills and technical expertise in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities Work throughout the entire plant on a variety of equipment including blow molds, injection molds, conveyors, mixers, and heaters. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Conduct PLC and electrical troubleshooting and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues. Essential Skills Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Ability to conduct maintenance and troubleshooting as a Maintenance Technician. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. Experience with PLC and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of industrial equipment and systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of industry experience, or freshly transitioned from the military. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
