Job Description Job Description Immediate Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – $19/hr to $20/hr Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Mechanical Assembler to support the production of innovative HVAC and building?solution products. In this role, you will work with precision, operate machinery, and help maintain high-quality standards in a modern, sustainability-focused facility. Key Responsibilities Assemble product components following detailed specifications and work instructions Measure using a metric tape measure Use a micrometer to verify product diameter accuracy Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes Essential Skills Ability to read and use a tape measure Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and problem?solving mindset Ability to use hand and power tools Willingness and ability to work 12?hour shifts Preferred Experience & Qualifications Manufacturing experience is not required , but highly valued. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
