Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance, particularly in underground environments. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in underground work. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role. Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of underground telecom installation and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all underground work activities. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of underground facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
