Ambassador Personnel is currently recruiting for a skilled 3rd shift Maintenance Journeyman for our partner in Leeds, AL. Position Overview: The 3rd shift Maintenance Journeyman is responsible for daily preventive maintenance such as general electrical work, machine repair, completion of work orders on plant equipment, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. The 3rd shift Maintenance Journeyman must be able to read/interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Must be able to maintain 480/240 Volt 3-phase power distribution systems and install, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs. The Maintenance Journeyman will be responsible for moving and setting up equipment as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Maintain 480/240 Volt 3-phase MCC and power distribution systems Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC and/or DCS hardware.
