Job Description:

The Associate Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping for the community as well as assisting with all other areas of property oversight including resident relations, marketing, and overall management. The Associate Community Manager will also be able to act as the Property Manager during the Manager's absence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule* Must be available for overtime when necessary* Complete all necessary financial reporting* Responsible for delinquency follow up and collection* Responsible for resident bookkeeping* Assist in overseeing staff operations* Assist as needed in marketing and leasing activities* Complete other HR related tasks as assigned* Complete all property reporting requirements* Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager* Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and ProceduresQualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree; 2 years of experience in property management or related fields. Demonstrated Leadership Skills.
