Job Description:

Seeking an energetic person for the role of office/leasing manager for a student apartment rental company. This role will help manage the daily operations of the property management office which includes interaction with tenants, preparing leases, entering maintenance/work orders, collecting rent, and keeping the office organized. Will be responsible for marketing properties to lease, showing available properties, and attending housing fairs. Will assist with move-out inspections and move-in procedures. Some Saturday hours will be required to work during the leasing season for show appointments and during move-in/move-out season.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:
