- Set performance and revenue growth goals
- Qualify sales prospects in a professional and timely
manner
- Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate
properties and formulate offers
- Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the
goal of maximizing revenue
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to
ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely
fashionQualifications:
- Proven success in a high-pressure sales environment
- Knowledge of business processes and functions
- Objective and pragmatic in solving problems
- Strong ability to prioritize
- Must pass a background check to get a Real Estate License
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
