Our client is a multi branch landscape company servicing multiple states with a $1mm branch located in Auburn, AL . The Branch Manager will manage one Account Manager, one Operations Manager and 5 maintenance crews and will report to a Regional Manager. Their compensation plan offers a base target salary plus bonus, healthcare insurance, PTO, cell phone, 401k and a take home vehicle.
Position SummaryThe Branch Manager will manage the P&L, budgets, account management, schedule, quality control, safety, equipment maintenance and will drive efficiencies for the branch. An ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, will be highly organized, professional with clients and has experience training employees on best practices from Production to Enhancements to Account Management.
The owner wants to hire a great communicator, someone who is highly organized, able to follow up with clients and to train employees on best practices from production to enhancements to account management.P&L experience, employee training, client relations and operational experience are key responsibilities for this position. They must be able to manage KPI's, attend and contribute to a variety of meetings, increase the communication with clients and drive the overall growth of the branch.
Responsibilities

• Managing all operations of the branch from Production to Enhancements to Account Management
• Training employees on best practices
• Responsible for scheduling, quality control, safety, equipment maintenance & drive efficiencies of the branch
• Following up on customer requests and foster the relationship with clients
• Uncovering enhancements sales potential
• Managing profit/loss and KPI's
• Driving the overall growth of the branch
  Qualifications
  • Degree in a Landscape related field and/or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in Landscape Operations / Account Management
  • 3+ years in training employees on best practices
  • Profound background in managing P&L as well as KPI's
  • Broad knowledge of horticulture and experience in the commercial landscape sector
  • Experience working on Aspire software
  • Ability to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally
  • Proactive hands-on management personality
  • Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
