The Director will collaborate closely with faculty and staff in the college's existing student services partners to customize and elevate academic support, career development, and other services tailored to the needs of underrepresented student populations.

The Director will report to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and serve as a member of the College of Engineering Dean's leadership team. The Director will lead a staff of four coordinators and administrators in the daily operation of the program. Faculty status is negotiable within the allowable position title requirements.
