Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 3-12 hour shifts per week on a 4-week rotating night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Rotating schedule: Week 1 (Thu, Fri, Sat), Week 2 (Tue, Wed, Thu), Week 3 (Mon, Tue, Wed), Week 4 (Fri, Sat, Sun) • 13-week assignment duration • Must have 1-2 years of ICU experience required • Experience required in ventilator management, drip management, IABP, and post cardiac catheterization care • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Alabama state or compact RN license required at time of submission • 50-mile radius rule applies - no local candidates accepted • References required • No floating to affiliate hospitals • Copy of certifications required for submission Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a specialized intensive care unit equipped to handle critically ill patients requiring advanced cardiac and respiratory support.
