(Non-Exempt) This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who
will primarily work on weekends, delivering direct patient care
under the guidance of registered nurses or licensed prescribers.
Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care, ensuring
patient confidentiality, and performing physical tasks such as
lifting and moving patients. Candidates must be graduates of an
accredited nursing program, possess an LPN license, and hold
relevant certifications. The position offers benefits such as

LPN will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under
the supervision of individuals licensed by a State regulatory board
to prescribe medications and treatments, or under the direction of
a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN will maintain professional
accountability for the care provided to assigned patients,
coordinate care with other departments, and uphold patient rights
and confidentiality. Responsibilities will be carried out in

Highlights: Sign-On Bonus for New Graduates: $2,000 Experienced LPN
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 PTO Frontload: Up to 40 hours for
full-time experienced LPNs Qualifications: Education: Must be a
graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; equivalent
educational experience and successful licensure may also be
considered. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a
current LPN license in the state where nursing duties are
performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for most of
the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients
with assistance is required; ability to push, pull, or grip up to
50 pounds. Experience: Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of
hire. Preferred Certifications: IV Certification. Note: Depending
on the specific position or unit, one or more of the following
certifications may be required, or must be obtained within a
specified timeframe: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six
Assessment & Care Modules Other unit-specific certifications as
