Job Description Job Description Full-Time Special Procedures Technologist in the Cath Lab This role entails collaborating closely with electrophysiologists, surgeons, and radiology personnel to conduct specialized cardiac and electrophysiology procedures utilizing state-of-the-art imaging and interventional technology. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, hold ARRT certification, and demonstrate expertise in digital angiography and interventional tools. Engage effectively with fellow Radiology team members, operating room staff, surgeons, and Interventional Radiologists to carry out a diverse array of interventional procedures. Position Overview: EP Lab Special Procedures Technologist Become part of our vibrant EP Lab team! Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Role Summary: Work collaboratively with electrophysiologists and interdisciplinary teams, as well as other invasive cardiology professionals, to perform a variety of rhythm management EP and cardiac procedures. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Responsibilities should be executed in accordance with our mission, values, and service standards. Exciting New Incentives: Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: Our Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program offers financial support to eligible imaging staff in 24/7 hospital-based roles who work 32 hours or more per pay period. This program provides monthly payments directly to the loan servicer, with a maximum of $370 per month and a lifetime cap of $20,000 . Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and have completed the necessary clinical hours. Certifications: ARRT certification required; 1 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Working Conditions and Requirements: The candidate must be capable of operating angiography equipment, including mobile units; selecting and adjusting exposure settings on digital angiographic systems; evaluating and processing digital images; lifting and transporting patients; standing and walking for extended periods; recognizing emergency situations; adapting to high-pressure environments; and communicating effectively. Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with digital angiography equipment, interventional tools, PACS, and computers is essential.
