Days Overview: The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) at our organization

applies theoretical principles to inform decision-making in
practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing
care in accordance with nursing practice standards. Position
Details: Incentives: Tuition Reimbursement of up to $2,000 annually
Weekend Differential Shift Differential for eligible hours worked
between 3 PM and 7 AM Weekend Option Days: WEO rates plus weekend
differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates plus weekend
differential and straight night shift differential New Increased
Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 for RNs Comprehensive medical,

Retirement Plans Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of
an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible
for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring
state or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of hire. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to push, pull,
and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for
extended periods during each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend,
kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job responsibilities. Unit
Information: Unit 7B provides a diverse array of experiences
through the management of complex diagnoses and patient needs,
offering numerous learning opportunities. This environment fosters
a solid foundation in nursing and clinical skills. The unit caters
to the medical-surgical population, addressing both chronic and
acute conditions. Patients typically require multi-system
management for issues such as infectious diseases, wound care,
pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and
post-surgical care. We also oversee the management of patients
needing surgical procedures, EGD, colonoscopy, outpatient
infusion/chemotherapy, and anticoagulation therapies.
