Education & Loan Support: • $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN) • $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness • $16,000 RN to BSN Assistance Position Details: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown | Weekend Option Location: Our facility - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128 Schedule: Weekend Option (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) | Full-Time | 36 hours/week Weekend Differential: Earn an additional $20/hour for all hours worked from Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM . Sign-On Bonus: Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000 New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000 Role Overview: This position involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care. The RN will maintain professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients, assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers, and coordinate patient care with various departments. The RN will uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of patient information, performing responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or have compact licensure, in accordance with state nursing board regulations. Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the unit. Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Education: BSN is preferred Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications are preferred Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment Physical Requirements Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform nursing duties Why Choose Us?
