Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you’ll play a vital role in
ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
Your day may include: Monitoring vital signs and overall wellness
Performing essential nursing tasks (catheters, dressings, wound
care, etc.) Observing and reporting changes in health, mood, or
behavior Connecting with residents — listening to their stories,
their worries, their memories Preparing patients for procedures and
advocating for their comfort Administering medications and
immunizations Collaborating with and mentoring CNAs and NAs Every
task you perform directly impacts someone’s life — and here, that
impact is always appreciated. What You Bring Active Licensed
Practical Nurse license in good standing Strong clinical competency
and professionalism Experience with electronic medical records
