For children aged 0-21, Easterseals provides pediatric therapy services, empowering children with disabilities or other special needs to live, learn, play and thrive! Role Description This is a full-time on-site Pediatric Occupational Therapist role located in Pelham, AL. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing occupational therapy interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other therapists. Qualifications A strong background in pediatrics and an understanding of child development Ability to communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of relevant medical and therapeutic principles Current license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
