Duration of Assignment: Full-time, permanent Specialty: Med/Surg
Location: Selma, AL 36701 Shifts Available: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM,
rotating weekends Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment
Salary: $56,160 - $85,280 Benefits: Dental, medical, vision

Duties: Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform
clinical treatments as part of patient care Document and
communicate patient condition with the care team, physicians, and
families Assist patients with daily living activities such as
hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation Coordinate patient care,
including transfers, discharges, and referrals Educate patients and
families based on individual needs, culture, and conditions
Advocate for the emotional and physical well-being of patients
Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required; ACLS preferred Minimum 2 years of
