Job Description Join a collaborative, physician-led hospitalist group in Troy, New York , as a full-time Nocturnist and experience a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical environment—just minutes from Albany and the scenic Hudson River Valley. Position Highlights: Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) Compensation: $332,800 base salary Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview) Patient Load: Avg. 15–18 patients per physician Team Support: APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration ICU: Closed – no procedures or ICU management required Duties: Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU Environment: Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system ? Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility) New York Medical License or willing to obtain DEA certification or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice/license history – highly preferred Accepting H-1B visa candidates ( J-1 not eligible ) 2025 grads and recent BE candidates encouraged to apply!
