Job Description Physician – Outpatient Family Practice or Internal Medicine Greater Jacksonville, FL Area | Direct Hire | On-Site Only Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $230K – $260K Sign-On Bonus Quarterly Bonus Program $100K Retention Bonus Bi-weekly Productivity Bonuses (per patient visits) 401(k) Full, Robust Benefits Package Relocation Bonus (if required) About the Role She Recruits is partnering with a multi-billion-dollar healthcare system seeking an experienced Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for a thriving outpatient clinic in the Jacksonville metro area . This is an on-site only opportunity (no nights or weekends required) with strong earning potential, a supportive team environment, and clear retention incentives. Key Responsibilities See 14–18 patients per day in an outpatient setting (no inpatient, nights, or weekends). Deliver high-quality primary care for both chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, asthma, etc.) and acute issues (infections, burns, HIV/STIs, UTIs, respiratory illnesses, etc.). Document visits and complete billing codes within 72 hours. Supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs) including chart reviews as required. Review consultant reports, imaging, and labs promptly. Collaborate with nursing staff, care coordinators, and front desk to ensure seamless patient care. Provide after-hours call coverage on rotation. Maintain compliance with clinic standards, including obtaining AAHIVM certification within 18 months of hire. Qualifications MD/DO with active state-specific medical license (Florida). Valid DEA and Furnishing License . Outpatient Primary Care experience (2 years). Comfortable managing 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment. Current CPR/BLS certification. Must obtain AAHIVM certification within 18 months of hire (clinic-sponsored). Board certification preferred. Why This Role?
