Job Description:

role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Requirements: • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must
live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. • 6 months gap
required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist
Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi
Program - Baptist Health UAB. Pre-employment modules may be

Diagnostic X-rays, Fluoroscopy Studies, Surgery/C-Arm Unit /
Facility Details: Free parking Shift & Scheduling: 7 days on, 7
days off; Thursday to Wednesday Thursday (7:30pm-7:30am), Friday
(7:30pm-7:30am), Saturday (7:30pm-7:30am), Sunday (9:00pm-7:30am),
Monday (9:00pm-7:30am), Tuesday (9:00pm-7:30am), Wednesday
(9:00pm-7:30am). Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend as part
of 7on/7off On-Call: No Holiday Expectations: Dependent on rotation
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same
unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day
shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and
facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on
the same unit & facility. 10 days maximum time off. Facility
