high-quality nursing care to patients in the Stepdown/Progressive
Care Unit, focusing on monitoring and managing complex medical
conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement patient-centered care plans Administer medications,
treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
Assess and document patient progress while promptly addressing any
changes in condition Educate patients and families regarding care
plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance Maintain
compliance with hospital policies, standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and valid RN license
Experience working in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit settings is
highly preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to
handle fast-paced, high-acuity environments with compassion and
