registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years NICU RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide expert neonatal care
in a dynamic NICU setting, supporting the specialized needs of
newborns and their families. This contract opportunity offers an

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonatal
patients within a 32-bed NICU unit. Maintain patient ratios of 3:1,
ensuring attentive, high-quality care. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
Utilize Cerner EMR efficiently for accurate documentation and
communication. Adhere strictly to unit policies including dress
code and patient care standards. Participate in PM shifts with a
schedule of 36 guaranteed hours weekly and every other weekend
coverage (24 hours). Demonstrate strong commitment to safety by
maintaining Natural nails only; no gel, acrylic, or embellishments
allowed. Maintain certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program
(NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Qualifications: Current RN
license with 2 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care.
Valid NRP and BLS certifications required. Ability to work PM
shifts with weekend rotations every other week. Familiarity with
Cerner electronic medical records is preferred. Strong
communication skills and a compassionate approach for neonatal
patients and their families. Committed to professionalism,
