Job Description:

Gifted Healthcare, a leader in nursing and healthcare staffing, seeks a dedicated Travel or Local Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality care in specialized units. You will be instrumental in monitoring patients with life-threatening conditions and providing the crucial support needed for their recovery. Monitor patients' vital signs and operate telemetry devices. Interpret and record data from medical equipment and report to healthcare team. Educate patients and families on management of their illness. Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and observe reactions. Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation. Expertise in telemetry equipment and software. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama. BLS certification. ACLS certification preferred.
