recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while

Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama Physical Therapy
license is required to start the assignment. Current BLS/CPR
certification from American Heart Association or American Red
Cross. Current valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance,
and access to a dependable vehicle for patient travel in a home
health setting. Experience working in Home Health settings
preferred. Experience with patient evaluations, home safety
assessments, mobility and gait training, and functional
independence interventions preferred. Assignment Details Facility
