Position Highlights

• Join an established practice with a steady, growing patient volume

• 10 days of call per month with strong hospital and administrative backing

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation (MGMA median or better, based on experience)

• $50K sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred

• Eligible for or active Alabama medical license

• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
