Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify areas requiring revisions or redlining. • Draft, edit, and negotiate contract terms to align with legal and organizational standards. • Utilize established playbooks to ensure consistency in contract analysis and redlining processes. • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve contract-related issues. • Ensure contracts meet regulatory and compliance requirements. • Provide strategic advice on contract language and negotiation tactics. • Maintain accurate records of contract reviews and revisions. • Support discovery processes by preparing relevant documentation. • Draft and review motions and briefs as needed. • Stay up-to-date with legal trends and best practices related to contract law.• Must possess a valid license to practice law. • Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes. • Proficiency in preparing motions, briefs, and discovery documentation. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with legal compliance and regulatory standards. • Experience utilizing playbooks for contract review is preferred.
