Job Description Job Description Attorney Attorney Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation cases, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation cases before trial courts Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases Stay updated on relevant laws and legal regulations Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active state bar license Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation Strong knowledge of trial court procedures and rules Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in insurance defense or employment law is a plus Plaintiff experience is a plus - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
