Job Description Job Description LHH is assisting a respected
Nashville law firm in its search for a Litigation Legal Assistant /
Paralegal with experience in insurance defense and medical
malpractice litigation. This role provides critical support to
attorneys handling high-volume, complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities: Provide litigation support to attorneys in
insurance defense and medical malpractice cases Draft, review, and
file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence Manage case
files, calendars, and critical deadlines in state and federal
courts Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
logistics Assist with document management, e-filing, and trial
exhibit preparation Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and
opposing counsel as directed Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years
of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in insurance
defense and/or medical malpractice litigation Strong knowledge of
Tennessee state and federal court procedures Excellent
organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, e-filing systems, and legal
document management software Ability to handle multiple matters
efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits:
