Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Oxford, AL. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits effective on day one. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who meet the training requirement are considered. What we offer Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent work. Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday (exact pay varies by experience and route). Paid training: fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who meet the minimum 120 hours of instruction. Bonus opportunities for safety and performance. Home time: weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment. Late?model equipment: assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Typical day on the job Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules. Haul no?touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook, serving major customers across the Eastern United States. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform and document daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections. Who we are looking for Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of approved training are eligible for the paid training program. Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus. Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug screening. We respect and support our drivers.
