Manufacturing Engineer I at TSI Provides support and problem
resolution to the production floor. Plan, document and implement
production methods and processes to facilitate the timely and
efficient manufacture of quality products. Review new product
designs to ensure the products are manufacturable and cost
effective. Coordinate, as part of a project team, the introduction
of new products to the production floor. What Will You Do? In order
to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be
responsible for: \n Production floor support/problem resolution and
methods engineering \n Make suggestions and incorporate changes to
improve the workflow in the assigned value streams. \n Communicate
effectively with personnel from widely varied backgrounds \n New
product review, coordination and introduction to the production
floor \n Establish and document efficient manufacturing processes /
methods using but not limited to Bills of Materials, Routings,
Visual Work Instructions, PFMEA's, ECO's and Control Plans \n
Ability to read complex schematics, blueprints, CAD drawings \n
Fixture and tooling design and improvements \n Participate on
cross-functional project teams that require coordinating with staff
from engineering, quality, production, and purchasing \n Personal
and professional integrity \n Cost analysis \n Cost reduction and
avoidance \n Introduce and maintain best practices on the
manufacturing floor including Lean Manufacturing, and 5S. \n
Training of production personnel \n Work on multiple assignments
concurrently and prioritize based on importance and urgency \n
Ability to employ sound judgment with little or no supervision \n
Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and be a
resource for others \n Completes other assignments requested \n \n
What Do You Need? Required \n Bachelor of Science in an Engineering
or technical related field required. \n 0-2 years of experience. \n
\n Desired \n Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Manufacturing
Engineering. \n 1 year of experience. \n \n What Can We Give You?

months. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $70,000 -
$80,000 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For
eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional
bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion
