CABG, etc. Schedule: Clinic Hours and Nightly call with on call on
the weekends, Fri-Mon Location 1: Oct: 2, 3, 4, 31 Nov: 1, 2, 3,
20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30 Dec: 1, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,
24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 All of January Location 2: Oct: 30,
31 Nov: 15, 16, 17, 30 Dec: 1, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,
25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 All of January Additional dates include:
Long term search 90-120 days due to internal vacancies, the site
looking for providers that can provide long term coverage, full
time position. Clinic Hours and Nightly call with on call on the
weekends, Fri-Mon Will accept AL and IMLC licensure
