Work closely with customers and bank staff to ensure effective communication in the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services. Provide technical support to customers as it relates to system access and industry practices related to data security.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for implementation, training and support of on-line electronic products, ATMs, and Debit CardsProcess and complete the set-up for all consumer enrollments submitted through the websiteResearch declined online enrollment and contacts customers for assistanceProcess Cash Management contracts (including ACH, Wires, and RDC) and set up cash management users for online accessProcess return items and review daily reports for Online Bill Pay servicesProvide assistance via telephone, in-person or e-mail in response to customer inquiry or branch referralRespond to or coordinate response to all e-mails received through bank website or online banking siteAssist customers with password resets and access problems.Provide Level 2 electronic banking support.Assists in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of electronic products and services.Resolves problems within given authorityHandle inquiries from customers and employees regarding ATM, POS and/or Network operationsCustomer ServiceProvide the highest quality of internal and external customer serviceServe as a role model of professionalism, including personal conduct, customer service efforts and personal appearanceHas a full knowledge of all electronic banking services and is able to assist internal and external customersDevelop, review and revise department procedures and submit as required for approvalAssists supervisor in providing customer support and set up of Treasury Management servicesMay act as member of the on call support teamAssists in the support of audits and examinationsFamiliarity with tools used for remote customer supportResponsible for making recommendations to supervisor concerning the budgetary needs of the departmentRun daily IDP report to FIS for Maintenance, ATM fees, ACH posting, settlements and PBF files.Backup for other positions in Electronic Services such as debit card orders, fraud, wires, ACH posting. Perform other duties as assignedRelationships:Responsible to the Electronic Services Manager for the fulfillment of functions, responsibilities, authority and for their proper interpretationExtensive contact with customers and the publicConduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bankParticipation with community organizations and projectsOrganization:Responsible for making recommendations to manager concerning possible methods to improve departmentThe work flow for our department must meet specific deadlines.
