A general contractor in the southeastern USA with an outstanding
history of building low to mid-rise multifamily apartments, hotels
and mixed use construction from $20 to $100 million in value.
About the Position:
Hiring for a Superintendent, responsible for on-site management of
the project team and subcontractors on multifamily, hotel or mixed
use projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a similar
discipline is preferred.
Must have multifamily apartment and/or hotel projects in their
portfolio. -
