The Auburn, AL team is looking for a Auto Line Lead Operator to join their team. This position largely interacts with equivalent levels of internal personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to the following:

* Performs visual inspection of all products introduced in the processing of drug kits
* Ensures that all components are intact, materials meet quality specifications and are built according to bill of material specifications
* Complete related forms for rework and quality control
* Loads boxes into the case erector
* Monitors box erector
* Clears box jams
* Monitors the box packer machine
* Labels boxes with printed labels with all tracking information when required
* Palletizes boxes in approved pallet configuration, shrink-wraps units and places pallets in approved warehouse area
* Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards

Interaction with Other Employees

* This position interacts daily with Production, Site Leadership, EHS, Quality, & HR personnel.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
* Work well within a Team environment and ability to work independently, self-motivated
* Follows company policies including safety and environmental policies
* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions
* Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate to all levels within the organization.
* Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
* Ability to communicate openly and honestly
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
