This role is pivotal in supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation in client services. The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing project life cycles, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and maintaining alignment with Aramark's strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to substantial projects that directly impact the quality and scope of Aramark's services. Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) also beneficial.
